For all interested, I would like to schedule a tour of the Harley Davidson plant in York, PA for Friday May 20th (the plant is closed on Sat and Sun). The tour is free but they have a few restrictions. The tour is open to anyone over the age of 12 and anyone over 18 must have a government-issued photo ID. Of course cameras and recording devices are not permitted and any packages other than ladies purses are not allowed. They will have you open your purse and look in it. Closed toe shoes are required and knives of any length are not permitted. The tour takes about an hour or so plus there is a visitor center and merchandise gift shop. You will pass through a metal detector. My wife and I took this tour in January and it was very educational and enlightening.
Here is a link to the tour website in case I forgot anything.
Don't worry, you can't purchase a motorcycle from the plant (I tried) so there won't be any extra vehicles going home with you.
The tours start at 8:30 AM and if there are more than 10 who want to go we need to make reservations. Travel time is about 45 - 60 minutes from the campground to the plant. Depending on how many people want to go would determine how early we leave but will most likely leave the campground around 7:30 am.

After the Harley tour, I would also like to suggest for whoever is interested in continuing east to Strasburg PA. There are several attractions including the Toy Train Museum, PA Railroad Museum and the Strasburg railroad. Travel time is about an hour from York Pa. All these attractions have an admittance fees ranging from $3 to $12 (2004 prices).
On the way to Strasburg there are several outlet shopping centers and Amish attractions.
Let me know what you are interested in and I will look into making the arrangements for a day trip.
